Gillie Drapper

Trustee: Gillie  has been involved with RDA since 1996, first with Endrick Valley group then as Volunteer Co-Ordinator at Bannockburn RDA. Gillie joined the Regional committee as Publicity Officer which she did for 9 yrs to then move to Central County Chair, looking after 7 groups. She is also a Trustee and Volunteer Coordinator for Gareloch RDA and PVG Officer for Forth Driving RDA. Gillie believes very strongly in the need for a Centre of Excellence in the Central Belt and will endeavour to help get Kildean built.

Prior to being so involved with RDA, Gillie was exposed to various cultures from moving around the world, supporting her husband, who was an Army Officer for 26 yrs. On returning to Scotland Gillie worked for a Youth Charity, Tullochan Trust, for 12 yrs in West Dunbartonshire

Gillie is a Director of an Investment Company, enjoys gardening and cooking, and being involved with her 6 grandchildren.
